hello dear anonymous. :) Ok you want both? uhmmm. If you eat foods low in fats that will reduce acne and weight.. Just eat a lot of fruits and vegetables or anything HIGH in FIBER.. It will help you reduce weight. :) Avoiding drinking sodas, cause they really gain lbs. :) You may eat small frequent meals cause you will easily feel full if you do that. :) Drinking water before you eat will make you feel full and that will help you lose weight :) btw, drink lots of fluids or what i mean is WATER to cleanse the body.. :)
Hello, Can you please advice me a healthy balanced diet? I dunno, I love sweets, but I don't think they're nutritious. What should I be eating? I'm 14 years old by the way, and I have a hectic schedule in school T.T GAAAH. Just a simple advise :| thanks so muchhhhh >:D<
Hello anonymous. :) may i just ask if you are slim/chubby? I guess you should limit the intake of sweets. It’s not good to eat that too much because it may increase your sugar in your blood and you will e at risk for diabetes mellitus.. You may bring your own meal in your school. but if you are busy, you may have a sandwich on your bag with water or juice. :D Sandwich with veggies such as lettuce and meat patty or tuna will be good and add it with garlic sauce/mayonnaise/catsup :) .. Don’t eat too much junk foods too.. :D and limit fast foods :D it’s still better to eat what your mom is cooking at home :D

So anyway, to have an appetite you must choose what your crave for. Eat your favorite foods :) .. You know a food can be appetizing depending on the presentation too. So the more it is well prepare (attractive) the greater you crave for the food. :)
Add color to your meal like colorful veggies such as carrots, lettuce, bananas. You know colors add something to your food which could increase your appetite :)
Are you stressed out? Try to relax, unwind a bit. Keep all your worries away. It may help. :)
And if you really have loss of appetite for so long consult a doctor. that is not healthy.

hello dear anonymous, thanks for being a nice “anon” as everyone would term it. :) sorry for the late reply. so here are some home remedies for chapped lips:
First of all you need to hydrate your body. dry and broken lips is caused by not hydrating/ drinking water that much.. :) You should drink lots of fluids so as to maintain the moist of softness of your lips.
Apply a lip balm or petroleum jelly on your lips. to keep them smooth. (apply it when going out and even when you go to bed)
You may also apply moisture-based lipstick.
Stop wetting your lips with your tongue, instead, use moisturizer on it.
Never peel the dead skin, it may further irritate your lips.
Milk-cream can be used many times to remove the dried dead skin. :)
Hello there anonymous. :) to make your hair grow faster you may read the answered questions again about the hair. The tips there may also help your hair grow faster.. :) the most important thing you do is that you eat a balanced diet, avoiding stress on your hair (such as ironing, curling, spraying), and provide a healthy hair care like washing it with shampoo and you may have conditioner to have softer hair. :) if you do take care of your hair well, it will grow quicker. :) and oh comb your hair frequently to be a crowning glory.
p.s: i almost forgot, you may add this to your list: the coconut oil. You warm the coconut oil 1-2 minutes on a microwave then you apply it in your scalp. allow the oil to soak into scalp for an hour before washing. This increases hair growth and strength and also adds a luster or shine to your hair.. :)
I have terrible joint pain, what remedies can i use to lessen it?
Hello mytv.. :) sorry for the late answer.. I went somewhere else thats why. :) wait im going to share you something that may lessen your joint pain. :)
1st if your joint pain can be relieved without using medicine, you may try to do some divertional activities such as watching tv, conversation with friends some things like that. :) BUT if your joint pain may disturb your activity of daily living you may do the following: (i am not a doctor, so i can just provide you nursing interventions that you may do at home)
Diet- Among the fruits, BANANAS are considered the best for the joint (they provide strength and grease).
You may rub the aching joints with hot vinegar before going to bed. (according to researches, it is a good remedy for joint pain)
HOT AND COLD COMPRESS alternately is the BEST WAY TO RELIEVE THE PAIN. (caution: wrap the Hot compress with towel to avoid burns and the cold compress must not take long)
Exercise increases your joint flexibility and strengthens your bones. Exercise in water (swimming) can reduce pain and increases flexibility.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water to keep the body clean (i always advice that)
Topical ones such as olive oil (just gentle massage) and 1 teaspoon camphor rub mixed with 1 teaspoon of sunflower oil (you may ask it in a drug store or wellness store)
As we all know skin is a first line of defense in our body and having a fair, smooth one will make us beautiful too. :)
Pimples are caused by hormones or an increase intake of fats. :) You could atleast limit your intake of fatty foods. And if you are taking pills, ask/ consult your doctor because there are other developed pills that prevents acne formation.
